A well known organisation is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their CEO, this role manages executive administration, governance support, meeting coordination and document generation.
Work Pattern
Part-time 3 days, 22.5hrs, per week
7.5 hours per day
Fully on-site in BA3
Your new role
You'll play an essential role supporting the CEO on a part-time basis, key duties will be:
- Managing a busy diary and co-ordinating meetings, events and appointments.
- Preparing meeting documentation, board packs and supporting governance activities.
- Taking accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion.
- Drafting routine correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Processing expenses and maintaining confidential records.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries and acting as a key point of contact.
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements and conference bookings.
- Supporting health and safety administration, including planned preventative maintenance records and contractor co-ordination.
- Maintaining compliance records, filing systems and documentation.
- Supporting committee meetings and producing meeting minutes.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Excellent diary management and meeting co-ordination skills.
- Experience preparing agendas, board packs and meeting documentation is preferred.
- Strong minute-taking skills are a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers and external contacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
