Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a varied role within a friendly and professional environment?
Our client, a well-established accountancy practice based in Luton, is seeking a Part-Time Practice Administrator to provide essential support to the wider team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, telephone calls, and post
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and third parties, including HMRC
- Handling and coordinating client queries, referring matters to the appropriate team members where necessary
- Assisting with billing, invoicing, and credit control activities
- Supporting client onboarding and offboarding processes, including engagement documentation and AML procedures
- Managing Director and practice diaries, appointments, and meeting arrangements
- Carrying out company secretarial duties, including Companies House filings and maintaining statutory records
- Coordinating the receipt and return of client records and documentation
- Providing administrative support across the business
- Assisting the payroll team when required

What The Employer Is Looking For
- Previous administration experience, ideally gained within a professional services, finance, or accountancy environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident liaising with clients and external organisations
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
