Part-Time Project Coordinator (Construction & Supported Housing)
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Project Coordinator to support both our supported housing maintenance operations and construction projects at Ripe Solutions.
This is a part-time role (14 hours per week), split between working from home and attending sites 2–3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance works across supported housing properties
- Attend site meetings, liaise with clients and contractors, and provide clear updates to the Construction Director
- Monitor progress on site and help ensure projects run smoothly
- Manage and track variation requests, including obtaining contractor quotes
- Assist in sourcing and onboarding new contractors
- Support business development by building relationships with developers and potential clients

About You:
- Organised, communicative, and confident on-site
- Able to problem-solve and act as the “eyes and ears” of the business
- Experience in construction, maintenance coordination, or similar is preferred
- Must be able to attend sites regularly (car preferred)

Pay:
- £15–£25 per hour (depending on experience)
