A client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join the team part-time for 3 months.
You will support the redesign of a global Medical Information operating model, helping transform a traditional inquiry-handling function into a proactive, data-driven, and patient-centric capability. Reporting into senior project leadership, you will work closely with client stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations, manage project execution, and drive organizational transformation.

Responsibilities
- Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct market research, commercial assessments, and insight generation
- Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and transformation recommendations
- Manage project timelines, risks, stakeholder engagement, and key deliverables
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in life sciences consulting - Pharma, Medical Affairs, Medical Information
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and commercial strategy
- Experience translating primary and secondary research into actionable business insights
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and PowerPoint presentation skills

- Start Date: ASAP
- Part-time: 2-3 days a week
- Duration: 3 months
- Day Rate: £350 - £450 LTD
- Location: London or Remote
