Flexible part-time or full-time

Temporary with potential to become permanent

Know the Cotswolds property market? Love property sales but want more flexibility?

This is a different kind of property sales opportunity.

We're looking for an experienced Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, New Homes Consultant or Residential Property Professional who already knows Stow-on-the-Wold and the surrounding Cotswolds market.

You know the local streets, developments, agents and buyers. You understand how to build relationships, generate leads and turn a viewing into a sale.

Now you can put that knowledge to work - without committing to a traditional 5-day property sales role.

THE PACKAGE

£115/day | £2,500 per completed sale | £1,500 per completed rental | £250 monthly CRM bonus

Part-time or full-time | No Saturdays

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are particularly useful, but the working pattern can be flexible for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

This isn't a sales suite role where you simply wait for Rightmove enquiries.

There are around 150 existing property leads to work, alongside opportunities to generate your own.

You'll

  • Conduct property viewings and convert enquiries into sales
  • Manage and re-engage warm residential property leads
  • Build relationships with prospective buyers and their families
  • Manage your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion
  • Generate leads through local networking and community engagement
  • Use your knowledge of the Cotswolds property market to identify opportunities
  • Sell both properties and rentals within a growing retirement living development
  • Follow up, negotiate and confidently ask for the sale

We're looking for someone who is commercial, self-motivated and genuinely good at selling property.

WHO COULD THIS SUIT?

Perhaps you're an experienced estate agent who knows the local market inside out?

Maybe you're a New Homes Sales Consultant between developments, coming to the end of a contract, or looking for something alongside another commitment?

Perhaps you've stepped away from full-time residential property sales but still have the contacts, knowledge and appetite to make money from your expertise?

New homes or retirement living experience isn't essential. Local property knowledge and sales ability are.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You bring the local knowledge, property expertise and relationships.

We'll give you the development, existing database and commission opportunity.

You decide how much you want to work.

If you're the person who knows who is looking to move, which buyers are realistic and how to get a property deal over the line, this could be a very good fit.

Apply now or contact Alice at Deverellsmith for a confidential conversation.
