About VibesMeet
VibesMeet is building technology for the creator, event, and sponsor economy. Our platform helps creators, event organizers, brands, and communities connect through events, creator monetization, ticketing, digital experiences, and sponsorship opportunities.
We are looking for excited, detail-oriented, and curious part-time QA Engineering Interns who want hands-on experience testing real software products in the creator and event space.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how software products are tested before users experience them.
About the Role
As a QA Engineering Intern, you will help test VibesMeet’s web and mobile products, report bugs clearly, review user flows, and support the product and engineering teams.
What You Will Do
- Test web and mobile features before and after release.
- Review user flows and report anything confusing, broken, slow, or inconsistent.
- Create clear bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, screen recordings, expected results, actual results, device details, browser details, and severity level.
- Help test event-related features such as ticket purchase, QR codes, check-in flows, event pages, event groups, and organizer dashboards.
- Help test creator-related features such as profiles, content flows, subscriptions, messaging, notifications, and monetization features.
- Help test sponsor-related features as VibesMeet builds sponsor matching and event-brand partnership tools.
- Perform manual QA testing across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Join QA review sessions, product feedback sessions, and sprint check-ins when available.
- Help create simple QA checklists, test cases, and testing notes.
- Work with product managers, designers, developers, and QA leads to make the product better.
- Share thoughtful feedback from the perspective of creators, event organizers, sponsors, and everyday users.

Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in QA, software testing, product development, startups, creators, events, or technology.
- Excitement about the creator economy, event economy, social platforms, communities, entertainment, and digital monetization.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and document issues clearly.
- Comfortable using web and mobile apps.
- Able to commit around 8 to 12 hours per week.
- Willing to learn QA tools, bug reporting, test cases, and product-testing workflows.
- Reliable, honest, and able to complete assigned tasks on time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some experience with QA testing, software development, product testing, customer support, or technical troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of web or mobile apps.
- Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Notion, Figma, GitHub, Postman, TestFlight, Android testing, or browser developer tools.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, React, APIs, mobile apps, or databases is a plus but not required.
- Experience testing event apps, ticketing platforms, creator platforms, social apps, marketplace apps, or payment flows is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools is a plus.

- Test if a user can create an account successfully.
- Test if an event page loads correctly on mobile and desktop.
- Check whether ticket purchase flows work properly.
- Report if a button is broken or confusing.
- Check if a screen matches the Figma design.
- Test if notifications are being received.
- Review if a creator profile looks correct.
- Check if a QR code works properly during event check-in.
- Test search, filters, forms, links, and error messages.
- Create a bug report with screenshots and clear steps.

Internship Structure
- This internship is part-time and unpaid.
- Interns will receive onboarding, task guidance, QA templates, product context, and feedback.
- Interns may receive learning assignments, testing checklists, product walkthroughs, and mentorship from the VibesMeet team.
- This internship does not guarantee a paid role, employment, or future compensation.
- Any future paid opportunity would be based on company needs, budget, performance, and a separate written agreement.
