Job Title: Part Time Reception & Office Coordinator

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour

Hours: 19 hours per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a friendly and organised Part Time Reception & Office Coordinator to join a professional and well established organisation based in Harrogate.

This varied part time role offers the opportunity to oversee the smooth day to day running of modern offices ensuring an excellent customer experience while supporting business operations, administration and on site team.

Key Responsibilities Of Part Time Reception & Office Coordinator

  • Oversee the day to day management of the site.
  • Manage customer agreements and associated administration.
  • Conduct appointments with prospective customers.
  • Manage general office administration including emails and telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinate site operations and maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Support operational improvement projects and facilities coordination as required.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Experience Required

  • Previous administration experience with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident, professional and approachable manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Previous customer facing or sales experience would be advantageous.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative.
