We are looking for a confident and well-presented person with a professional telephone manner to join us as Receptionist in our busy Pontypridd based dealership.
As a Receptionist with us, you’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales and service teams.
You’ll be effortless and genuine when talking to our customers, putting their needs at the heart of absolutely everything you do. You’ll focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

This role is part-time, (Monday - Wed, 08:30am – 05:30pm).
About You
- Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
- Extremely punctual and organised
- Excellent English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate well via email and phone
- Always working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
- Administrative and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT literate
