Role Description

The Part Time Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at the Stratstone retailer in the Greater Glasgow Area. This on-site role involves:

The Receptionist will support daily clerical tasks such as:

  • Processing incoming mail
  • Maintaining records
  • Assisting with basic administrative work

The role includes providing professional, friendly customer service, coordinating with sales and service teams, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This is a part-time role with scheduled hours to support the operational needs of the site.

Qualifications

  • Strong receptionist and front-of-house skills, including Receptionist Duties and managing visitor flow.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Solid Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building positive experiences for all visitors.
  • Competent Clerical Skills for scheduling, record-keeping, and basic administrative support.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Comfort working on-site in a retail automotive environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic IT skills (e.g., email, calendars, office software); prior experience in reception or administration is beneficial.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor, with flexibility to work part-time hours as required.
