Receptionist (Part-Time)
Location: Blackburn Office
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: Part-time position, working Monday, Thursday and Friday, with flexibility to provide additional cover when needed.
There may be opportunities for additional hours in the future.
Salary: Competitive + Bonus Scheme

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Blackburn office.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. From greeting visitors and answering calls to supporting meeting room bookings and hospitality, you'll help keep our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients, visitors and guests to the office
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries
  • Supporting meeting room bookings and hospitality
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
  • Providing general administrative support when required
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a positive visitor experience
  • Providing additional reception cover when needed

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable and professional
  • Confident handling calls and dealing with visitors
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other office systems
  • Flexible, reliable and proactive
  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
