Part-Time Receptionist
£29,848 pro rata + Excellent Benefits

Are you a professional, polished and personable receptionist looking for a part-time opportunity within a prestigious and fast-paced professional services environment?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Receptionist to become the welcoming face of a highly regarded organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, takes pride in creating a positive first impression and thrives in a busy, client-facing role.

The Role

Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the reception area whilst providing first-class service to visitors, clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
  • Managing a busy reception desk and telephone enquiries
  • Coordinating and maintaining meeting and conference rooms
  • Assisting with video conferencing and meeting technology
  • Booking taxis, couriers and managing deliveries
  • Maintaining high standards across reception and client areas
  • Managing messages and ensuring prompt communication throughout the business
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Updating contact records and internal databases
  • Supporting the coordination of events and internal meetings

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, organised and committed to delivering an exceptional service.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A proactive and positive approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and technology systems
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

What's on Offer?

  • Salary of £29,848 pro rata

Hours

Part-time: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Shifts are either 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility is offered for occasional shift swaps and personal commitments.
