Location: Chiswick High Road, London W4 (Turnham Green Station)
Pay: £12.71–£13.50 per hour
Hours: 8–32 per week
At MORI, we're creating beautifully designed baby essentials for modern families. We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our new Chiswick store. This is a brilliant opportunity to join the team as we launch a new location and help shape the customer experience from day one.
We know shopping for a baby is personal. Our stores are calm, welcoming spaces where families can discover beautifully made essentials and receive genuine advice from our team. You'll be helping customers shop for newborn gifts, everyday sleepwear and wardrobe staples, while representing one of the UK's fastest-growing premium baby brands.

We're growing our retail presence across London, with three established stores already welcoming customers, and we're excited to be opening our newest store in Chiswick, located at 62 Turnham Green Terrace, Chiswick, London W4 1QN, just a short walk from Turnham Green Underground Station.
What you'll be doing
- Welcome every customer into the store and create a warm, premium shopping experience.
- Help parents and families find the right products and offer thoughtful product recommendations.
- Process purchases and returns.
- Keep the shop floor beautifully presented through replenishment and merchandising.
- Receive deliveries, organize stock, and maintain the stockroom.
- Work with the team to achieve daily sales goals and store standards.

Essential Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and organized.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Available to work weekends and flexible shifts.
We'd love it if you also have
- Previous retail or hospitality experience.
- Experience using a POS/till system.
- Visual merchandising experience.
- Stockroom or inventory experience.
