The Role
We are looking for personable and enthusiastic Retail Store Assistants to join the MORI team based in Chiswick. As a small (but mighty) team, we are looking for candidates with a genuine passion for retail who will roll their sleeves up and be strong ambassadors for our brand. This role is key to our customer experience both in-Store and online.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high levels of customer-satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Managing the sales floor and ensuring product is kept neat, organised and stocked
- Assisting in the maintenance of all shop floor and stockroom inventory
- Sharing product knowledge with customers and championing our products
- Helping to monitor Store security through vigilant customer service
- Supporting with Store administration and compliance with internal policies and procedures and statutory best practice
- Supporting with maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards
- Collaboration with the Head Office teams on product, marketing and growth initiatives

Requirements
- Preferable previous retail experience, including experience of developing customer rapport to drive sales
- A compassionate and consultative approach to customers
- A positive attitude and driven nature
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
