Part-Time Retail Supervisor | Fashion & Outdoor | Inverness | £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

We're recruiting for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a leading outdoor and sports brand in Inverness. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused and motivated retail professional looking for a part-time role where they can support a successful store team, deliver great customer service and help drive sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
- Drive sales and performance against company targets
- Open and close the store when required
- Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock, and store presentation
- Receive and process deliveries accurately
- Support with stock control and replenishment
- Lead and support the team on shift
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and the wider business

About You:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Experience supervising or leading a team would be beneficial
- A positive, can-do attitude and a natural people person
- Confident communicator with a strong customer focus
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work across 2 days per week
