Description

We are recruiting a Part Time Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role is an 8-hour per week position, supporting store sales, customer service and merchandising activities. You will be part of a friendly, fast-paced environment working to deliver excellent customer experiences and support store performance.

The Team

The Sales Team operates within our retail network and works closely with Store Management and the wider Head Office functions. Daily activity ranges from customer-facing selling to visual merchandising, stock replenishment and supporting in-store events. Our team thrives on collaboration, enthusiasm and a shared commitment to representing our brand in store.

About you

You demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds. You are reliable, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team in a retail environment. You will be comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic numeracy and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction from store leaders.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as stock handling and merchandising.
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible with duties and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support customers throughout their visit.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well presented.
  • Replenish stock, complete stock checks and assist with stockroom organisation.
  • Support in-store promotions and events as required.
  • Work to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Working pattern

This is a part time role of 8 hours per week. Shifts will be scheduled in agreement with the successful candidate and may include evenings and weekends. Flexibility to cover peak trading times is essential.
