Role Description
The Part-Time Sales Advisor will work on-site in Scarborough, welcoming prospective buyers and providing an engaging, informative experience throughout their visit to the development. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Greeting and registering visitors
- Presenting show homes and available properties
- Explaining key features and benefits
- Answering questions about specifications, pricing, and buying options

The role involves:

- Managing enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions
- Supporting the sales process from initial interest through to reservation in line with company procedures
The Sales Advisor will collaborate with colleagues to ensure:
- Marketing materials are up to date
- Show homes are presented to a high standard
- Feedback from buyers is captured and shared to enhance customer experience
This is a part-time, on-site role requiring regular weekend and potentially some weekday hours, with a focus on delivering professional, customer-centered service.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand buyer needs, and support customers through key decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation skills when showing homes and explaining product details.
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as accurate record-keeping, managing appointments and enquiries, and working effectively with sales systems and basic office software.
- Attention to detail and a focus on presentation, ensuring show homes, sales areas, and documentation reflect Kebbell’s quality standards and brand values.
- Ability to work independently on-site, reliably manage part-time hours including weekends, and collaborate positively with a small, professional team.
- Experience in residential property sales, housebuilding, or a similar customer-facing environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Basic numeracy and understanding of property-related information (pricing, availability, options), with a willingness to learn company processes and compliance requirements.
- Commitment to providing inclusive, respectful service to all customers, and an interest in quality housing and community-focused development.
