Part-Time Sales Associate (Neal Street)
Location: Covent Garden, London
Salary Range: £14.50 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Nokwol is entering an exciting phase of growth with an ambitious retail store rollout programme planned over the next 12-months. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves footwear, understands what great service feels like, and wants to be part of something that's still taking shape. You'll be on the floor, with customers at our new Neal Street store.
This is a flexible part-time role working 6-hour shifts. We have roles between 6 and 24-hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, knowledgeable experience to every customer
- Keep the shop floor looking the way it should
- Achieve individual sales and service targets
- Develop expert product knowledge across the collection
- Share customer feedback and commercial insights with management
About You
- You've worked in retail or a customer-facing role before.
- You're confident, curious, and you take pride in the details.
- You don't need a script to start a conversation.
- Premium or fashion footwear experience is a bonus, but an interest is a must.
- Previous retail experience, or a strong interest in luxury fashion
- Confident, friendly, chatty and enthusiastic personality
- Passionate about sneakers, shoes, and great customer experience,
- Must be available to work weekends and key busy periods (e.g., holidays, launches)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to keep up with a fast retail pace
