Job Title: Part Time Sales Consultant
Location: Maypole
Brand: Leaders
Salary: £12.71 an hour
Hours: Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm and Mondays 10:00am – 4:00pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Part Time Sales Consultant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. They will have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Duties will include:
- Conducting property viewings, ensuring properties are secure after each appointment, and returning keys promptly after each viewing.
- Registering and qualifying applicants to assess their suitability and financial position prior to arranging viewings.
- Promoting properties and services effectively to achieve targets.
- Feeding back to the relevant managers and consultants on applicants’ needs and adding accurate notes to our in-house systems.
- Providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service to all applicants and clients.
Skills Required:
- Positive engagement and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own car with appropriate business use insurance (essential).
