Location: Bolton Head Office, BL3 2NT
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped bonus (pro rata for part-time hours)
Realistic OTE: £50,000+ (pro rata)
Hours: Flexible part-time hours available
Minimum commitment: 3 days per week

We help entrepreneurs navigate one of the most important decisions they'll ever make, and our team plays a crucial role in identifying and qualifying opportunities before introducing them to our senior Commercial Directors.
The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional customer service role!
You'll be speaking with business owners who have expressed an interest in selling their company, understanding their situation, assessing whether they're a good fit for our services, and arranging consultations with our experienced Commercial Directors.

You'll work with warm inbound enquiries as well as following up with prospective clients, building relationships and creating opportunities through quality conversations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound enquiries from business owners interested in selling their businesses
- Following up with warm leads and prospective clients
- Asking insightful questions to understand motivations, timelines, and suitability
- Qualifying opportunities and arranging meetings for our Commercial Directors
- Explaining the value of taking the next step in the sales process
- Managing your pipeline and activity through our CRM system
- Working alongside experienced colleagues who will support your development and success

Work-Life Balance
As a business, we value flexibility and work-life balance.
Our full-time team enjoys:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Early finish every Friday (3pm)
- No weekends
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Christmas shutdown
For part-time colleagues, we'll work with you to create a schedule that suits both your needs and the business. You can choose the days that work best for you, provided you can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week.
