Part Time Salesforce Developer
£53,311 – £62,955 FTE
18.5 hours per week | Permanent
Remote, UK
I’m partnered with a well-known UK-wide charity who are looking to hire a Part Time Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing management and development of their Salesforce platform.
The organisation is currently going through a major Salesforce transformation, moving into the build of Nonprofit Cloud. This role will have a particular focus on supporting the existing Salesforce environment, ensuring the platform continues to run effectively while the wider team delivers the transformation.

The role will:
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration and BAU support
- Build and maintain Flows, automation and standard Salesforce functionality
- Support users, permissions, security, data quality and platform health
- Manage smaller enhancements, troubleshooting, testing and releases
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify practical Salesforce solutions
Skills required:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow, automation and OOTB functionality
- Confidence managing BAU issues and platform improvements independently
- Experience within Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP, integrations or the charity sector would be advantageous
