We are urgently recruiting 3 Cleaners to work at a special educational needs (SEN) school in Bury St Edmunds (IP33). These roles are available for immediate start and offer consistent hours.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 16:00 – 18:30
- 12.5 hours per week
- Immediate start
- Ongoing until at least 30 April 2026

The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across the school, including:
- Classrooms and learning areas
- Toilets and washrooms
- Sensory rooms and specialist areas
- Corridors and communal spaces
- General duties including vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces and emptying bins
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable and able to commit to all shifts
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a school/SEN environment

Essential Compliance
- Enhanced DBS (with barred list) is required
- Ideally on the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
- 3 years’ references
