Senovo is looking for Part-Time SEMH Learning Support Assistants
Senovo is looking for Part-Time SEMH Learning Support Assistants for contract assignments of two to four days per week across Bromley.
Role Responsibilities
- Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
- Provide structured classroom help
- Implement emotional-regulation strategies
- Establish calm boundaries
- Conduct targeted small-group or 1:1 work

Qualifications and Experience
- Suitable experience may come from SEMH schools, alternative provision, mainstream inclusion, youth work, or pastoral services
- Trauma-informed and de-escalation knowledge is valuable
- QTS is not required

Compensation
- Pay is £95–£120 per day PAYE, pro rata
Requirements
- All work is subject to right-to-work, references, safeguarding, and enhanced child-workforce DBS checks
