Role Overview

We are looking for a kind and confident nanny to connect with our children - a boy age 11 and a girl age 7. Our son is spirited, determined, bright and curious with a love of football, Lego and board games. Our daughter is very bubbly, strong-willed and outgoing and loves to play with dolls, Sylvanians and Polly Pockets.

Our son is diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia and dysgraphia, whilst our daughter is as yet undiagnosed. They both attend a mainstream school with significant support from a SEN centre/teacher.

This is a shared care role together with me, a very hands-on mum. Our children can push boundaries therefore we are looking for a nanny who is experienced and confident managing behaviours day-to-day and can effectively de-escalate. Key aspects of the role are supporting the children with self-regulation, encouraging a caring relationship and independence. It is absolutely essential to have a passion for play and having fun! We have a cat and hamster.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
