Job Title: Part-Time Senior Residential Conveyancer
Location: Penarth, Wales

Position Overview:
As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will manage an established caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This role is ideally suited to an experienced practitioner who is confident working independently while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment on reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full conveyancing process for a varied caseload of residential property transactions
- Provide expert legal advice to clients from instruction through to completion
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, agents, and third parties
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and lender requirements
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
- Deliver a high standard of client care while managing files efficiently on a part-time basis
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Residential Conveyancer with a proven track record in managing residential property matters independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedures
- Confident handling the full lifecycle of transactions
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively within part-time working arrangements
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach
