Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking for a part-time role with a successful and growing business?
At Vertu Kia Nottingham, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our busy and supportive Aftersales team. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys administration, customer contact, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
We're offering 20 hours per week, with an annual salary of £14,081, plus an excellent range of company benefits.

About The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll provide administrative support to the Aftersales team while helping to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Preparing job cards ahead of customer appointments
- Contacting customers prior to their service or repair appointment
- Checking parts availability for upcoming workshop bookings
- Supporting Service Advisors with general administrative tasks
- Following up with customers to gather satisfaction feedback
- Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assisting with invoicing and service administration processes
- Processing warranty and service documentation where required
- Maintaining accurate records and data within internal systems
- Supporting the wider Service Department to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A customer-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Experience within the motor trade would be an advantage, and familiarity with Kerridge/Keyloop systems would be beneficial, but neither is essential.
