Location: 36 Elizabeth Street, London
Contract: Permanent, part-time (20 hours per week minimum)
To join our small, highly skilled team we are looking for an engaging and friendly colleague to support our RTW Sales & Showroom Manager on a part-time basis. You will be someone who has a passion for and an established understanding of jewellery and gemstones with a true love of hosting and delivering excellence in client experience and sales.
Sophie Breitmeyer on Elizabeth Street, London, is a very special, welcoming space where we guide our clients through choosing from a beautiful selection of unique, one of a kind, customisable, RTW fine jewellery collections and bespoke services that will become part of their life’s story.
Key responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and social skills with the ability to provide a professional, warm, engaging and hospitable welcome to every client, ensuring a calm, positive and memorable experience.
- Through expert product knowledge, a productive discovery process and good relationship building, provide support and development of our RTW collection sales in creating personalised recommendations for our clients.
- Be a proactive, supportive and enthusiastic member of the team, working with initiative, integrity and curiosity.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fine jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals, confidently educating clients on craftsmanship, collections, and care.
- Ensure the RTW showroom is a tidy, welcoming space at all times with good housekeeping, visual merchandising and client hosting standards.
- Support the Shop & RTW Manager to ensure both smooth daily operations and shop & stock security through effective stock management, monthly inventory checks, regular stock replenishment and daily administrative tasks.
- Support the Studio Team with the professional management of client expectations using clear communication in aftersales and intake of repairs service ensuring efficiency and client service excellence.
- Basic IT skills and an understanding of operating retail POS systems such as Shopify and CRM platforms such as Pipedrive and Acuity an advantage.
