About the role

London Parkour School is a parkour and movement education site in Canary Wharf, working with children and families. We're hiring a part-time Site Manager to run the site during our busiest hours: weekday evenings and weekend mornings.

This is a hands-on management role covering daily operations, staff supervision, sales execution and customer experience. Coaching may form a small part of the week, but the role is not a coaching position. Knowledge and experience of parkour is a plus, but not a requirement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we offer

  • A genuine ownership role, not just a shift-cover position
  • A clear operating rhythm: daily huddles, weekly reviews, monthly and quarterly check-ins
  • Room to grow into a larger role as the site and your track record develop

Growth opportunity

This is currently a part-time position, but it is structured with progression in mind. If agreed site growth targets are met, including trial conversion, enrolment numbers and member retention, this role has a clear path to becoming full-time. Advancement is tied to demonstrated site performance, not simply time in the role.
