Part-Time Social Content Creator (x2 Roles) – Katie Loxton & Joma Jewellery
THE OPPORTUNITY
We have two exciting part-time opportunities to join our established and thriving team as Social Content Creators, working across our globally loved brands, Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery.
As a Social Content Creator, you'll create scroll-stopping, trend-led content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, helping to grow and engage our ever-evolving social communities. Reporting to the Social Media & Influencer Manager, you'll bring our brands to life through:
- Creative storytelling
- Innovative content ideas
- Engaging, platform-first content
Role-specific focus areas:
- For Katie Loxton (1 role): Styling-led content showcasing accessories and lifestyle collections in inspirational, trend-driven ways.
- For Joma Jewellery (1 role): Story-led content that highlights collections, gifting moments, and brand values through authentic storytelling and emotional connection.
These are collaborative and fast-paced roles, where no day is the same. Your responsibilities will include: ✔ Capturing content at shoots and events ✔ Reacting quickly to emerging social trends ✔ Aligning with marketing calendars and brand vision ✔ Working closely with Social and Brand teams
Ideal candidates will be social media-obsessed, highly creative, and always ahead of the latest trends—whether you excel in fashion, styling, visual content, or crafting compelling narratives.

These positions are hybrid (twice-weekly office presence), based in our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Create innovative, engaging, and relevant social media content through:
- In-house and on-location shoots/events (content capture, styling, filming, editing)
- Aligning with marketing calendars and brand guidelines
- Platform-focused strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Reactive content creation for emerging trends and brand storytelling
- Video editing and post-production using Adobe Creative Suite
- Data-driven insights from social analytics to optimise engagement
- Collaboration with Marketing and Brand teams for consistency in campaigns
- Community management to build authentic and engaging customer interactions

THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
Ideal Background:
- Previous experience in Social Content Creation, Content Creation, Fashion Styling, or Media Specialist roles
- Passion for fashion styling, video editing, and social storytelling
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
- Outstanding video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Naturally trend-aware with the ability to create reactive, engaging content
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for fashion and aesthetics
- Comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable with an always-on mindset
- Fast-paced environment thriver with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Collaborative yet independent with strong communication skills
