Who we are

Slippery Saints is building the world's first fully biodegradable, PFAS-free condom. We have a European patent, multiple awards, and a growing community of people who found us without us ever advertising. We are gearing up for our first product launch and want someone to help us build the momentum that makes it land.

The role

This is not a "post three times a week and write captions" role. We want someone who thinks in campaigns, builds communities, and understands that every piece of content is either pulling someone closer or losing them. You will own our social media presence end to end, from strategy to execution, working directly with the founders to build the traction and brand awareness we need ahead of launch.

Concretely you will be:

  • Planning and executing content campaigns rooted in our market research and brand positioning
  • Filming and photographing content (on shoots with us and independently)
  • Editing video and photo content that makes people stop scrolling, stay watching, and click, whether that is joining our waitlist, filling out a survey, or eventually buying
  • Building a long term content rhythm and strategy that grows with the brand
  • Contributing to deepening our consumer research through community engagement and social listening

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we are looking for

No degree required. What matters is that you can show us work that proves you know how to tell a story that moves people. You are someone who lives and breathes social media not as a passive consumer but as a creator who understands why things work. You care about health, sustainability, or startups, ideally all three. You are driven, creative, and excited by the idea of building something from the ground up rather than executing someone else's playbook.

Specifically you can:

  • Film and edit video to a quality that performs natively on Instagram and TikTok
  • Understand how to build and engage a community rather than just accumulate followers
  • Think strategically about a campaign and then roll up your sleeves and make it
  • Work well in a fast moving, lean team where your initiative is the engine
