About Prep Smart
Prep Smart Consulting is a London-based, UK-focused education consultancy helping students and families with university selection, admissions strategy and applications, with a particular focus on UK universities. We are looking for a Social Media & Lead Generation Executive who can combine strong content creation skills with a commercial mindset to help us grow our online presence and generate qualified student and parent enquiries.
The Role
This is a hands-on role combining content creation, social media management and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, while developing campaigns and strategies that turn this content into real enquiries and potential students for Prep Smart. You will work directly with the founder and have significant ownership over our digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar
- Create and edit Reels, TikToks and short-form videos
- Create carousels and educational content using Canva
- Write strong hooks, captions and calls-to-action
- Identify trends and relevant topics around UK universities, UCAS, A-Level, IB and studying in the UK
- Manage comments, DMs and social media enquiries
- Continuously test new content formats and ideas
Lead Generation
- Develop strategies to generate qualified student and parent leads through social media
- Turn content into enquiries through effective CTAs, campaigns and lead magnets
- Promote free consultations, university profile assessments, webinars and other Prep Smart services
- Identify and test new channels, communities and audiences where potential students can be reached
- Support Meta Ads and other paid social campaigns
- Track leads, enquiries and conversion rates
- Analyse which content and campaigns generate the best-quality leads
- Continuously improve the journey from content → enquiry → consultation

What We're Looking For
- Experience in social media, content creation and/or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
- Good knowledge of Canva and CapCut
- Understanding of Meta Ads and paid social is a strong advantage
- Commercial mindset and understanding of lead generation and conversion
- Creative, proactive and able to come up with ideas independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent Turkish and strong English
- Highly organised and comfortable working independently
- Portfolio demonstrating previous content and/or marketing work
Nice to Have
- Experience in education or international education
- Knowledge of UK universities and UCAS
- Experience targeting students and parents
- Previous experience generating leads through social media
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics
- Experience with CRM, email marketing or WhatsApp funnels
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing
How Success Will Be Measured
This role is not simply about gaining followers. We will look at: Content quality → Reach → Engagement → Qualified Leads → Enquiries → Consultations Your ability to create content that attracts the right audience and turns attention into potential students will be a key measure of success.

What We Offer

Working Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Compensation
- Türkiye: ₺20,000–₺30,000 per month
- UK: £400–£600 per month Additional performance-based incentives may be available depending on experience and results.
