Job Description
Austin Performance Sports Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Sports Therapist to join our growing clinic at Hastingwood Health near Harlow.
The role will initially provide approximately 4 guaranteed clinical hours per week within one regular weekly clinic block. Friday afternoon/evening is preferred, although some flexibility may be possible. Pay: £18–£22 per hour, depending on qualification, experience and relevant capability.

You will:
- Assess and treat clients within your scope of practice
- Maintain high-quality clinical records
- Provide appropriate rehabilitation and advice
- Refer or escalate where clinically necessary
You will work within Austin Performance’s clinical and client-care systems with support from the Clinical Director.
We welcome both experienced Sports Therapists and strong newly qualified practitioners. Your initial diary will be built mainly through suitable new-client allocation and trust-building under the Austin Performance brand, so strong rapport, communication, professionalism and an excellent first-appointment experience are important.
