The Role: Stockroom Assistant

This is the job that keeps the store moving. As a Stockroom Assistant at Sports Direct, you're the engine behind every sale, making sure deliveries land cleanly, stock is where it needs to be, and the shop floor never runs short. It's hands-on, fast, and genuinely satisfying work for people who like to see results.

Your Development

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Receive, unpack, and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
  • Organise stockroom areas to company standards so nothing slows the team down.
  • Replenish the shop floor quickly so customers find what they came for.
  • Support stock counts, price changes, and inventory accuracy.
  • Keep back-of-house areas safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Work with the wider team to hit stock and sales targets together.
  • Pitch in across the store when trade peaks and all hands are needed.
