About Us
Cheeez isn't a photobooth. It's a ritual.
Others capture how people look, and Cheeez captures what happens between them. That idea is now moving beyond the booth: into retail pop-ups, collaborations, events, photo booth hire, and franchises across London. 📸✨
We're looking for a Studio Manager to be the first person our guests meet, and the one who makes sure the room is already warm before anyone steps in front of the lens.
What You'll Do
Operations (90%)
- Drive Studio Performance: Lead daily studio floor operations during your shifts, ensuring smooth guest flow, maximum booth uptime, and top-tier hospitality.
- Team Management & Rotas: Build and manage weekly shift rosters, handle shift swaps, and ensure optimal team coverage across key operating hours.
- Onboarding & Coaching: Support the onboarding and training of studio staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Inventory & Facilities Care: Oversee internal stock counts, handle basic booth/equipment maintenance, and keep the studio looking 100% "social media ready" at all times.
- SOP Execution & Compliance: Maintain operational standards, health & safety guidelines, and implement updated procedures alongside the Operations Lead.
- Be the Face of CHEEEZ: Greet and host our guests with top-tier vibes. We love a performing persona—someone who is as comfortable in front of the camera as they are with our customers!
- Studio Aesthetics: Keep the studio on point, organized, and looking flawless at all times.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
