Support Worker (20 Hours) - Kintail Gardens, Glasgow.
Weekend Opportunity Available

Hours of Work
- 20 hours per week
Weekend Role
- 12-hour shifts
- Saturday and Sunday only
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support, including:
- Assisting with household tasks and daily living activities
- Supporting individuals with personal care, including intimate personal care where required
- Prompting and administering medication in line with procedures
- Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve their personal goals
- Building positive relationships and providing emotional support

About You
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can work independently and confidently on a lone-working basis
- Have strong time management and organisational skills
- Hold an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or are willing to work towards this qualification
- Are willing to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within six months of starting employment
- Share our values and are committed to making a difference in the lives of others

Experience
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are caring, compassionate, and committed to supporting others to live their best lives.
