Role Description
The Part Time Teacher of Computer Science & Business Studies will deliver live, online lessons to GCSE and A-Level students following the British National Curriculum. Responsibilities include planning and preparing engaging lessons, setting and marking assignments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students’ academic progress and well-being. The teacher will use digital platforms and tools to deliver interactive instruction, track performance, and communicate with students and colleagues. This is a part time remote role, requiring regular scheduled teaching hours and participation in relevant online meetings, training, and curriculum discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering Computer Science and Business Studies at GCSE and/or A-Level.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, curriculum-aligned online lessons and supporting student skill development.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and collaboration in a virtual classroom environment.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business, Education, or a closely related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS or international equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, digital learning tools, and classroom management in an online setting.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt teaching approaches to diverse international learners.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusivity, and continuous professional development.
