Job Title: Part Time Temporary Administrator
Location: Durham
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week
Are you an organised, proactive and detail focused Administrator?
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator in Durham. This is a varied role providing administrative support across events, finance and general office support, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of a business and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities As Administrator
- Provide day to day administrative support across the organisation
- Support event bookings, delegate lists, badges and event logistics
- Handle events and membership enquiries and direct them appropriately
- Assist with invoices, purchase orders and basic finance administration
- Update CRM systems
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and equipment inventories
- Assist with general office duties and event support when required

What We're Looking For As Administrator
- Previous office, business, finance or event administration experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Reliable, proactive and professional
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the organisation
