Role Description
The Part Time Therapist will provide remote, client-centered mental health services through secure video and chat sessions. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting intake assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based therapy
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation

The therapist will collaborate with clients to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed, while adhering to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Additional duties may include:

- Participating in case consultations

This is a part-time, remote role designed to offer flexible scheduling while maintaining consistent, high-quality client care.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in individual, couples, family, or child therapy, including experience with evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches).
- Candidates should possess skills in assessment, case formulation, treatment planning, and risk evaluation, with the ability to document clearly and accurately in electronic health records.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and active listening skills, with a client-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approach to care.
- Candidates should possess comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms, digital communication tools, and basic technology troubleshooting in a remote setting.
- Candidates should possess strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage a part-time caseload, maintain boundaries, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field, with current licensure or certification in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain it).
- Experience providing online or remote therapy and working with diverse populations is highly beneficial; multilingual capability is an advantage.
