About Owlpath Academy

Owlpath Academy is a growing tuition and learning centre supporting students through 11+, GCSE and A-Level preparation. We provide focused, personalised tuition through one-to-one and small-group sessions, helping students build confidence, strengthen subject knowledge and achieve their academic goals.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Part-Time Tutors to join our growing team. We are particularly interested in tutors who can teach one or more of the following:

  • 11+ – Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning
  • GCSE – Maths, English and Science
  • A-Level – Maths, Biology, Chemistry and other STEM subjects

You may teach small groups and/or one-to-one sessions, depending on your subject expertise and availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured tuition sessions
  • Adapt teaching to individual student needs and ability levels
  • Support students with subject knowledge, exam technique and problem-solving skills
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide targeted support
  • Prepare students for 11+, GCSE or A-Level examinations
  • Provide constructive feedback on student progress
  • Work collaboratively with the Owlpath Academy team

What We're Looking For

We would love to hear from qualified teachers, experienced tutors, graduates, postgraduate students or professionals with strong subject knowledge. You should have excellent communication skills, be confident working with children and young people, and have a genuine interest in helping students succeed. Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, particularly for GCSE and A-Level tuition.
