Part-Time Wraparound Childcare Manager - Children’s Sports and Activities Provider
£25.5-27.5k (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Location: Chislehurst/Bromley, with a Catford Head Office
Working pattern: 12-6pm Term-Time and 7:30am-6pm during school holidays as a holiday camp manager
Our client is a growing children’s sports and activities provider in South East London, running wraparound care, after school clubs and Ofsted-registered holiday camps in partner schools across Bromley and Lewisham. They’re looking for a Wraparound Childcare Manager to lead their after school provision in the Chislehurst area and run holiday camps during the school holidays.
With afternoon-only hours in term time, this role gives you your mornings back while still offering real responsibility. You’ll lead your own team, be the person parents and the school rely on, and help shape afternoons that children genuinely look forward to. When the holidays come round, you’ll take charge of busy, energetic camps that are full of sport, music and fun.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
