Company Description

AVGA Digital Hub Academy supports individuals in transitioning into the digital economy through practical, market-driven training programs. The academy specializes in Virtual Assistance, Lead Generation, social media management, medical virtual assistance, AI prompt engineering, and other future-ready digital skills. All courses are designed with a single outcome in mind: helping learners earn online using skills that employers and clients actively pay for. Programs such as the Virtual Assistant Career Launch, Lead Generation & Outreach Mastery, and Social Media Management focus on real-world application and remote work readiness. AVGA Digital Hub Academy teaches only the skills and methods that are in demand, aligning training with current digital market needs.

The Partner role at AVGA Digital Hub is a part-time remote position focused on supporting the academy’s growth and learner success. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Collaborating on program development and improvement
  • Identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships
  • Contributing to outreach and community engagement initiatives

The Partner will help promote digital skills programs, support marketing and lead-generation efforts, and provide input on learner support strategies and resources. This role involves:

  • Attending virtual meetings
  • Sharing insights on digital trends
  • Working closely with the core team to enhance the academy’s offerings and visibility in the global remote work space

Qualifications

  • Experience in partnership development, business development, or stakeholder management within digital education, online services, or related fields.
  • Skills in digital marketing, social media management, and community building to support program promotion and audience growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills for working with learners, partners, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools, online collaboration platforms, and basic understanding of virtual assistance or lead generation practices.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Relevant experience in online education, training, coaching, or digital skill programs, as well as prior remote work experience, is highly beneficial.
