This leading National firm seeks an established Contentious Probate Solicitor / Partner in Birmingham to play a pivotal role in an established office.
With clear backing, a regional focus and a prestigious client base, both personal and commercial this Contentious Probate opportunity in Birmingham will suit a commercially minded individual looking to strengthen a market-leading disputes practice.
The Role:
- Take over and further develop an established caseload and client relationships
- Advise on a broad range of contentious probate matters
- Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
- Drive business development and strengthen the firm’s presence in the Birmingham market

- Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
- Strong technical expertise across contentious trusts and estate disputes
- Commercially astute with excellent client relationship and networking skills
- Well-connected in the Birmingham / wider Midlands market
