Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Sector Experience

Healthcare and/or life sciences experience is highly desirable and will be a key consideration. We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed genuine expertise and relationships within these sectors and who can contribute to the continued growth of the practice in these markets. Candidates with predominantly residential experience are unlikely to be suitable.

The Opportunity to Progress

This is not simply a project-delivery position.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to take an increasingly influential role within the practice, with the long-term potential to progress into a Partner position.

For an ambitious Architect with the right combination of leadership, commercial awareness, client relationships, and business-development capability, this represents an opportunity to become a key part of the practice's future growth.

Salary: Competitive and reflective of experience, seniority, and the level of contribution the successful candidate can bring to the business.
