SENIOR LITIGATOR | WOKINGHAM | 10+ PQE
A highly regarded and growing South East law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Litigation Solicitor to join its established team in Wokingham.
This is a senior opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle high-quality and varied litigation work, with genuine autonomy, strong client exposure and the opportunity to play an important role in the continued development of the department.
THE ROLE
You will handle a broad civil and commercial litigation caseload, including:
- Insolvency
- Contentious Probate
- Contractual disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Shareholder, partnership and directors’ disputes
- Consumer disputes

The role will involve managing your own matters from instruction through to resolution, representing clients at mediation and hearings where appropriate, and providing clear, commercially focused advice.
There will also be scope to support the development of the wider team through supervision and mentoring of junior lawyers and support staff.
ABOUT YOU
- 12+ PQE
- Strong commercial and civil litigation experience
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Strong advocacy, negotiation and client-care skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Comfortable supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
