Job Description As a Partner Account Coordinator you will support the Customer Services and Network Services department, delivering a high level of customer service to Partners, customers of partners and internal stakeholders. You will need to be approachable and have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems day to day. Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00/09:00 - 17:00 - weekly rotating shifts. Some occasional Saturday working may be required (possible to be done from home). Salary: £26660.55 per annum Key Duties of a Partner Account Coordinator: First point of contact for Partner Account and Network Services related enquiries Problem solving for Partners, customers and internal departments Meeting customer and client expectations and meeting agreed SLA’s Collating accurate information for Partner KPI packs and internal business reporting Provide accurate data in a timely manner, for both internal and external stakeholders Maintain a high level of customer/ Partner focus Work closely with internal departments to ensure optimum customer service provision Manage Partner agreements in line manager’s absence Assisting with event co-ordination in line manager’s absence Monitor Partner/Operations queries to ensure appropriate and timely solutions, providing guidance where required Invoice generation for specific accounts or events where required Distribution of all Partner communication bulletins Track and trace system co-ordination where required Action generic TPN email inbox to distribute enquiries effectively Qualifications Intermediate level of Microsoft IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet all deadlines Displays a calm and methodical approach if under pressure High attention to detail and high level of accuracy Professional and courteous approach Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving skills with the desire to share best practice enhancements Strong teamwork approach Additional Information As part of our drive to make, The Pallet Network (TPN) a great place to work.
