EMEA Channel
The GBG Loqate Channel Business works with over 800 Partners that serve over 7,000 end user customers, through a variation of Resellers and Integrated Introducers. As a hugely diversified business, our EMEA Channel Network has presence across all ranges of industries and sectors. This includes the traditional verticals such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Ecommerce and Retail, to new developing and emerging sectors such as Logistics and Rapid Delivery, AI, Marketplaces, Customer Data Platforms and ERP environments. With the breadth of variation across Partner types and Sectors, this provides a varied role with opportunity for Growth and Development.
Partner Account Executive
A Partner Account Executive plays a key role in supporting partner and customer retention across our portfolio of SME partners and end users. In this position, you'll manage a diverse base of reseller partners and customer accounts, building strong relationships through regular engagement and proactive account management.
Your focus will be on reducing attrition, increasing partner activity, supporting renewals, and helping partners and customers maximise the value of our products and services. Working closely with a broad portfolio of SME partners, you'll identify opportunities to increase engagement, drive adoption, and support business growth. Many of the partners within your portfolio are at different stages of their development journey, creating opportunities to strengthen relationships, uncover additional needs, and help partners expand their business with us. Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and support teams, you'll help deliver a consistent and positive experience that drives long-term loyalty and success.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in channel sales and partner management, combining relationship-building, commercial awareness, and customer-focused execution to deliver measurable retention and growth outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Work with SME Partners to define engagement and sales strategies to End User Accounts to upsell additional lines of business and generate opportunities for growth
- Research and engage with a book of Partners, with the view to booking meetings to run QBRs, campaigns, business meetings, and attrition reviews
- Daily contact within the Partner base to identify additional needs and requirements, aligning with the relevant products within the Loqate product portfolio
- Book and attend meetings with Partners, Clients, and Prospects, to support GET, KEEP, and GROW
- Identifying risk in the aligned renewal accounts and helping to retain the client's business
- Devise a KEEP and GROW strategy, working alongside the Head of Partners for EMEA and Head of Marketing for EMEA. You will create, own, and manage this strategy working alongside the Retention Desk
- Build out a Personal Development Plan to push personal and professional development to accelerate progression within the Partner Team

Skills We're Looking For
- Experience of working within a target-driven/performance-led business
- An individual who is interested in developing a career in Partner sales, who contributes to a high energy and activity environment
- A good communicator, both orally and written.
- Experience in IT/Enterprise software would be an advantage but not compulsory
- Experience of working within a Channel Sales Structure would be an advantage but not compulsory
- Detail-conscious and committed to keeping accurate and up-to-date records
- A motivated person, who is reliable and driven by success, reward, and recognition
- An individual who can show business and commercial awareness, entrepreneurial and a strong team player
