Join Cisco UK’s Partner Sales organization, where we collaborate with the UK's leading technology partners, system integrators, and distributors to help businesses thrive in a digital-first world. Partners represent the core of Cisco's go-to-market engine, and our team acts as strategic business advisors helping them build profitable, high-growth practices around cloud networking, cybersecurity, observability, and AI-ready infrastructure. YOUR IMPACT

  • Nurture and expand strategic relationships with one of Cisco's premier UK channel partners and system integrators to build long-term, mutual business growth.
  • Co-create joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that align Cisco’s networking, security, cloud, and collaboration portfolios with partner commercial capabilities.
  • Drive collaborative deal creation and pipeline growth by connecting partner sales teams with Cisco account teams and technical specialists.
  • Deliver consultative enablement and guidance to help partner leadership adopt software-as-a-service (SaaS) and recurring subscription business models.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently based in the United Kingdom (London) with valid authorization to work in the UK.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, technology, or related fields.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in B2B technology sales, channel sales, or partner relationship management.
  • Track record of building joint business plans and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in an indirect or direct sales environment.
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deep familiarity with the UK IT channel ecosystem, including top-tier value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, or distributors.
  • Experience managing cross-functional sales engagements alongside technical specialists and direct sales teams.
  • Working knowledge of cloud software, recurring revenue models (ARR), and modern technology architectures (networking, cybersecurity, cloud, collaboration).
  • Consultative relationship-builder with a collaborative mindset and passion for partner success.
