This is an exciting opportunity to join O2 Daisy as a Partner Manager, working with leading technical partners, you’ll use your commercial and channel expertise to strengthen partner relationships, increase profitability and give our business greater visibility across top-tier partnerships.

You’ll manage joint business plans, commercial performance, deal progression and senior stakeholder relationships, while helping colleagues understand which products and programmes offer the greatest value. The role can be based at any O2 Business office, with face-to-face partner meetings expected in Bracknell and Reading. You’ll also benefit from strong mentorship from an established team and exposure to senior leaders across the business.

O2 Business is our new focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next-generation fixed and mobile infrastructure, the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best-in-class solutions - including cloud-based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings, and 5G private networks - supported by a culture that prioritises in-office collaboration, with our teams generally working together on site five days a week

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:

  • Strong B2B technology channel or distribution experience, ideally within mobile
  • Commercial awareness, including understanding partner business models, profitability and deal performance
  • Established relationships across the reseller, distributor or technology partner community
  • Confident senior stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring:

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking or the wider B2B technology solution stack
  • Experience creating joint business plans and managing partner performance
  • A strong network of relevant partner and channel contacts
  • Experience resolving deal, pricing, contract or service challenges
  • A collaborative, credible and commercially focused approach
