Our globally recognized certifications, including Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and hands-on learning programmes are trusted by governments, enterprises, academic institutions, and training organisations in more than 170 countries.
As EC-Council continues to expand its presence across Europe, we are strengthening our partner ecosystem and developing deeper relationships with organizations capable of taking our broader portfolio to market.
Role Purpose:
The German-Speaking Partner Account Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing EC-Council’s partner ecosystem, with Germany as the primary market, alongside responsibility for selected additional EU countries.
The successful candidate must be based in the UK and will work closely with partners across Germany and wider European markets.
This is a commercially focused role responsible for increasing revenue through existing partners while identifying and recruiting new strategic partners across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
The Partner Account Manager will work with traditional EC-Council training partners alongside a broader range of organisations including resellers, distributors, MSSPs, MSPs, VARs, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
A key part of the role will be helping partners move beyond transactional training and certification sales towards broader, strategic customer engagements across EC-Council’s expanding cybersecurity portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a partner growth strategy with Germany as the core market, alongside selected EU territories.
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships, creating clear account plans, revenue objectives, and growth strategies.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners including training providers, distributors, VARs, MSSPs, MSPs, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders at sales, commercial, operational, and executive levels.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key partners, analysing performance, pipeline, market opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Develop joint business plans with strategic partners, including revenue targets, pipeline objectives, marketing activities, and execution milestones.
- Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue across EC-Council’s training, certification, enterprise learning, and cybersecurity solutions portfolio.
- Enable partners through sales training, product education, certifications, instructor development, labs, and ongoing commercial support.
- Work with partners to identify enterprise opportunities within their existing customer base and develop joint account strategies.
- Collaborate closely with EC-Council’s enterprise sales teams to support partner-led and co-sell opportunities.
- Work alongside marketing to deliver joint campaigns, events, webinars, demand-generation programmes, and other go-to-market initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and commercial insights to regional leadership.
- Support underperforming partners through structured development plans while identifying opportunities to consolidate investment into high-performing strategic relationships.
- Represent EC-Council at partner meetings, industry conferences, cybersecurity events, and networking forums across Germany and wider Europe.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the German and broader European cybersecurity, technology training, and channel landscape.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
