As a Partner Account Manager you will be the commercial liaison for OVHcloud’s UK and Nordics partner portfolio, collaborating closely with the wider Partner & Alliances team.

Your main responsibilities

  • Revenue & KPI ownership – generate partner-sourced pipeline, achieve quarterly revenue targets and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Partner enablement – design and execute go-to-market plans, deliver technical and sales training, and integrate OVHcloud services into partner offerings.
  • Opportunity qualification & co-selling – identify joint prospects, develop business cases and manage opportunities from discovery through to closure with internal Account Managers, Pre-sales and Product teams.
  • Joint business planning – create and maintain partner business plans that define revenue ambitions, priority solutions, target customers and GTM activities.
  • Demand generation – coordinate campaigns, webinars, workshops and events with Marketing to stimulate partner pipeline.
  • Stakeholder coordination – act as the single point of contact for partner sales, technical and leadership stakeholders across OVHcloud.
  • CRM & reporting – keep Serge, Confluence and AI-driven dashboards current; provide accurate forecasts and activity logs.

  • Scaled partner activation, increasing certifications, pipeline volume and overall partner productivity.

Skills required

  • Proven experience in partner, channel or alliance management within cloud, infrastructure or broader IT services.
  • Demonstrated success with MSPs, Resellers or System Integrators and familiarity with resale, referral, managed-services and joint-selling models.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans and translate them into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen: pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity qualification and deal progression.
  • Deep understanding of public, private, hybrid, multicloud and sovereign-cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable training and influencing senior partner executives.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM (Serge), performance dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
  • Capability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple partners and opportunities simultaneously.
