Lyst is a global fashion shopping platform founded in London in 2010 and catering to over 160M shoppers per year. We offer our customers the largest assortment of premium & luxury fashion products in one place, curating pieces from 27,000 of the world's leading brands and stores. In 2025, Lyst joined Zozo, operators of Zozotown, the leading fashion e-commerce platform in Japan. This partnership marks a bold new era for Lyst, as we accelerate our vision and work together to transform the future of fashion shopping through AI and technology.
At Lyst, we obsess over the customer, providing a search & discovery experience which offers inspiration, fulfilment, and personalisation. We believe that fashion is amazing but shopping for fashion often isn't, and use our technology, data and creativity to bring more joy, greater choice and fewer fails. Our mission is to help fashion shoppers make better choices and help fashion partners find better audiences as the category-leading destination for every fashion shopper.
The Role
We are looking for a highly proactive and extremely well-connected Partner Acquisition Contractor for an immediate start, 2-3 month project.
We don't need you to focus on internal projects or overarching strategy pieces; we are purely looking for an amazing, self-reliant executor who can hit the ground running. Your sole focus and objective will be leveraging your existing network to successfully onboard 100 German fashion brands to the Lyst platform ahead of our Peak season.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will be expected to independently build your own target lists, proactively pitch, and negotiate partnerships with minimal intervention from the wider team.
Responsibilities
- Rapid Partner Acquisition: Hit the ground running to proactively pitch, negotiate, and seamlessly onboard 100 German fashion brands to the Lyst platform before Peak season.
- Independent Sourcing & Targeting: Independently supply a high-quality list of target brands to approach, requiring little to no intervention or direction from the internal team.
- End-to-End Execution: Take complete ownership of the sales cycle for the German market—from initial outreach and objection handling to final negotiation and hand over to our technical onboarding specialist.
- Relationship Leveraging: Utilise your existing rapport and connections within the German fashion industry to secure fast conversations and quick wins.
- Language & Location: Fluent/Native German speaker. Candidates based in Germany are preferred. (However, we’re open to German native speakers based in London as long as you have a deep understand of the German fashion landscape)

- Pure Executor: You are a proactive, self-reliant self-starter. You know how to build a pipeline and close deals autonomously.
- Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate terms, and articulate a clear value proposition to move partners from initial conversations to live on the platform at speed.
- Commercial Understanding: A genuine interest in the business of fashion and the e-commerce/affiliate landscape, with the ability to build compelling business cases for why a brand should join Lyst.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce, Apollo) to accurately log your rapid outreach pipeline.
